As the founder and president of the International Association of African American Ambassadors to the Continent of Africa and the Middle East (IAAAACAME), she has dedicated her career to fostering partnerships, building schools, and advancing economic and healthcare initiatives across Africa, Haiti, and the Middle East.
A tireless advocate, Dr. McCloud has championed parent involvement in education, lobbied for increased funding and policy reforms, and established innovative programs like the Latchkey Program and Corporate Preparatory Technological Entrepreneur Academy.
